An Evening at the Gallery in Mammoth Lakes
As the year turned and winter settled into Mammoth Lakes, we gathered in the gallery in the Village for an evening that felt genuinely special.
Thank you to every collector, friend, and guest who came out to share the night with us. Seeing the gallery full, with people experiencing the newest fine art photography releases for the first time, reconnecting, and taking time to really slow down with the work, meant more than I can easily put into words.
These evenings are never just about unveiling new images. They’re about being present together in the gallery, sharing the stories behind the work, answering questions in real time, and letting people experience the images at scale and in person. Watching how different people connect with different pieces is one of the most rewarding parts of these nights.
I’m deeply grateful to our collectors who continue to support the work and believe in what we’re building at Blake DeBock Fine Art Gallery. Your support allows these projects to live here in Mammoth Lakes and gives the work a place to be experienced the way it was always meant to be.

Blake hiked out to Convict Lake at sunrise during the first winter storm, following fresh bear tracks through new snowfall along the trail. Snow clung to the aspens as first light reached the granite walls above the lake, which lay perfectly still beneath the early winter calm.

Water lilies rise toward the surface inside a cenote in the Yucatán, their leaves glowing against deep blue water. This image was created on a single breath, swimming beneath the surface and through the delicate stems in complete silence.
