Terms of Sale

Orders

All artwork is made to order. Once production begins, all sales are considered final. Please ensure that your size, print style, and selection are correct prior to placing your order. We are available to assist with any questions in advance.

Production Timeline

Limited Edition Prints:

Each Limited Edition Fine Art Print is made custom and individually crafted. Production time is 5-8 weeks. Once production has completed the print will ship or we will contact you to schedule installation.

Open Edition Studio Prints:

Open Edition Metal Prints are made custom and individually crafted. Production time is 2–3 weeks. Once production has completed the print will ship or we will contact you to schedule installation.

12x12 Metal Float:

Our 12x12 Metal Floats ship within 2-3 weeks.

Rush Requests

Rush requests may be available depending on production schedules and material availability. If approved, a rush fee may apply to cover expedited labor, materials, or delivery.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, the order enters production and cannot be changed or refunded.

Any exception approved by our team would require coverage of production costs.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer fully insured shipping within the United States and internationally. Your piece will be securely packaged, either in custom-built crates or reinforced protective materials.

Installation is available in Mammoth Lakes and select Southern California regions. For other areas, we recommend using a professional art installer to ensure safe and proper installation. Delivery and installation are part of completing your custom artwork purchase. Once the artwork has been delivered to the agreed location, the order is considered fulfilled.

Any additional visit, relocation, or scheduling change outside the original agreement may include an additional service fee.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of each artwork, all sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges only in the rare event that a piece arrives damaged. Any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photographs of the artwork and all packaging materials so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

If an exception is requested, our team can review available options. Any approved exception would require coverage of production costs.

Payment & Chargebacks

Because each artwork is individually produced to order, all purchases are considered custom goods and are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not void the terms of a custom order. The purchaser remains responsible for the full balance of the invoice and any costs required to resolve the dispute.

This purchase is governed under the provisions of commercial law applicable to custom-made goods.

Damaged or Defective Artwork

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you promptly to resolve the issue. All shipments are insured, and we will arrange for a replacement or repair as needed. Please retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Authenticity

All Limited Edition artworks are signed and numbered on the face of the print and include a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Artist Rights

Blake DeBock retains all copyrights and reproduction rights to the images. Purchase of artwork does not grant permission for reproduction or commercial use in any form.
