Orders

All artwork is made to order. Once production begins, all sales are considered final. Please ensure that your size, print style, and selection are correct prior to placing your order. We are available to assist with any questions in advance.

Production Timeline

Each fine art piece is individually crafted. Production time is typically 4–6 weeks depending on the artwork and size ordered. Rush orders may be available upon request and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, the order enters production and cannot be changed or refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer fully insured shipping within the United States and internationally. Your piece will be securely packaged, either in custom-built crates or reinforced protective materials.

Complimentary installation is available in Mammoth Lakes and select Southern California regions. For other areas, we recommend using a professional art installer to ensure safe and proper installation.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of each artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the piece arrives damaged. If damage occurs in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the artwork and packaging so that we can begin a claim.

Damaged or Defective Artwork

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you promptly to resolve the issue. All shipments are insured, and we will arrange for a replacement or repair as needed. Please retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Authenticity

All Limited Edition artworks are signed and numbered on the face of the print and include a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Artist Rights

Blake DeBock retains all copyrights and reproduction rights to the images. Purchase of artwork does not grant permission for reproduction or commercial use in any form.
