When Blake creates a limited edition, he holds back the first ten numbered works, editions 1 through 10, to be released later as part of his Collector’s Reserve. Offered only as an edition reaches its final tier, these low-numbered works offer collectors a special opportunity to acquire some of the most sought-after images of Blake’s career.

While searching for a portrait that could embody the spirit of the American Mustang, I found Thor—a striking painted stallion roaming the windswept plains of Wyoming. Proud, powerful, and impossibly wild, he stood like a vision from another time. I photographed him at sundown, his long white mane lifting in the wind, the monochrome treatment amplifying the raw, timeless essence of this legendary wild horse.
