Setting out for the entire winter to camp in Yellowstone with the goal of photographing one of the most elusive animals in North America, Blake was able to capture this wolf pack as they emerged from the cover of the forest in this frigid -20°F winter scene. For just a few minutes they revealed themselves & a single wolf stopped to let out a bone chilling howl that echoed for miles out over the wild valley before they all disappeared again into the forest.
